CASTING CALL
Casting for new Christian tween series!
Do you really love acting? Do you want to use your talents to help spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to kids just like you? Are you a hard worker and good at memorizing lines? If you answered yes to all of these questions, these auditions may be for you!
NLG is holding auditions for a ministry in Dallas for the first four episodes of a new comedy/drama series for kids and tweens. We are seeking kids ages 11-17. ***APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR THE DALLAS AREA :) .
This is an ethnically diverse series, all ethnicities please apply.
Series Summary:
The series follows the ups and down and life lessons of six Christian kids (ages 11-15) volunteering as youth assistants at a youth ministry in Dallas. The characters will face many of the real life issues that kids are dealing with today with biblically-based answers and alternatives to their issues being explored.

Requirements to Audition:

Be between the ages of 12-17**. ALL ETHNICITIES PLEASE APPLY!

Have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a heart for Christ.

Have a flexible schedule.

Have dependable and consistent transportation.

Ability to memorize lines easily.

Acting experience. (School and church plays can count as experience.)

Live in or near the Dallas area. *No out of state applications please.
Auditions: What to Expect
This will be a multi- audition process. If selected to continue past the first round, additional auditions will occur which can include: taped audition(s), in-person audition(s) and group audition(s). Please do not apply if you are not willing or able to go through the process.
Schedule:
Actor training tentatively to begin in late July early August, followed by filming.
Rehearsals and filming will take place on various Saturdays, a schedule will be provided.
Additional rehearsals may occur on Fridays (after school hours).
Filming will continue until all four episodes are complete. (Dates will vary.)
